General Hospital Spoilers 1/4/23: Is Britt Going To Die?

The action isn’t slowing down in these GENERAL HOSPITAL spoilers! Laura questions Ava, Spencer warns Nikolas, Trina is unsure, Scott offers Cameron advice as Josslyn makes up her own mind, Dante wants answers from Esme, and Britt succumbs to The Hook’s poison!

Laura has been working tirelessly to take down Victor, but Nikolas’ warning that if she does so, it’ll take him down as well, has her second-guessing her plans. So she pays Ava a visit to see if she can find out exactly what’s going on, here. “What does Victor have on my son?” Laura asks her. Will Ava reveal the whole sordid truth or just enough to appease her former mother-in-law?

Meanwhile, at the hospital, Spencer warns his father that now that Esme’s resurfaced, his goose is cooked. “She’s going to blow you out of the water,” he declares as Nikolas stews. But how much trouble is Nik really going to find himself in?

Trina and Spencer were canoodling on New Year’s Eve hoping that pretending to be a couple would draw out The Hook. However, after Esme showed up pregnant and suffering from hypothermia after a dip in the icy waters of Port Charles, Trina’s wondering if maybe they didn’t draw The Hook out after all. “We’re not so sure we did,” she admits.

GH Dex Josslyn — Will Cam find out Joss cheated on him before she can tell him the truth?ABC

Over at Kelly’s, Cameron has opened up about his recent troubles with Josslyn to Scott, who offers the teen some much-needed advice. “What are you waiting for?” Scott says. “Go grab her!” Unfortunately, what Cam doesn’t realize is that Joss is much more interested in being grabbed by Dex and the two have just had sex! “I’m never going to tell myself those lies again,” Josslyn informs Dex as they lay in bed together. But can she tell Cam the truth?

With Esme now in custody as she recovers in the hospital, Dante takes the opportunity to question her. “Where have you been hiding out the last six months?” she wonders. But will Esme reveal that Nikolas had been holding her prisoner and risk putting her babydaddy behind bars?

Instead of getting her boat out of Port Charles, Britt helped save Josslyn from being murdered by The Hook. Unfortunately, she was scratched by the weapon and infected with the deadly venom on the hook! “Britta darling,” cries Obrecht as her daughter collapses to the floor. “What’s happened to you?!” Can they get her to the hospital to receive the anti-venom in time?
