General Hospital Spoilers 7/19/23: Spencer's Heartbreaking Confession

Everyone’s got problems in these GENERAL HOSPITAL spoilers! Portia is taken aback by Spencer’s confession, Tina worries about someone, Sasha digs herself in deeper, Cody fears the worst, Sam is surprised, Esme pleads with Alexis, and Kristina turns to Sonny for help.

Portia doesn’t approve of Trina’s relationship with Spencer and would do anything to keep her daughter away from the guy, so she’s naturally surprised to hear him voice the same opinion! “Trina should run as far away from me as she possibly can,” Spencer declares sadly.

Speaking of Trina, she’s dealing with a lot herself right now, having recently learned that Curtis, not Taggert, is really her biological father only to fear losing him when he was shot. But she’s not the only one feeling overwhelmed here. “We’re struggling with this, aren’t we?” Trina asks someone.

At the Metro Court pool, Gladys checks on Sasha, who deflects her concern. “No need to prepare when you’ve got nothing to hide,” Sasha flippantly declares. And laying out at the pool nearby, Cody hears something that worries him. “Won’t that just make things worse?” he wonders.

After telling Dante all about her recent investigation and what she’s learned about Cody and Ms. Wu’s backroom poker games, she’s surprised by his reaction. “That’s what’s making you so upset?” she asks him.

Esme may have only just started working at The Invader, but she’s already standing up to her boss! “Do not publish that story,” she urges Alexis. But what is it that she’s so nervous about seeing print?

Alexis asked Sonny to have a talk with Kristina, but wouldn’t explain exactly why she’s so worried about their daughter. So when Kristina turns to Sonny for help, can he get the real truth out of her? “My foundation is being ripped out from under me,” she complains.
