General Hospital Spoilers 7/20/23: Esme Visits Heather!

Trouble is around every corner in these GENERAL HOSPITAL spoilers! Portia takes a stand, Trina worries about Curtis, Cyrus says the right thing, Austin keeps flirting with Ava, Molly and Kristina have it out, Sam offers to help, Sasha creates chaos, and Esme visits her mother in prison to get answers!

TJ is walking around the corner at the hospital when he hears Portia ask someone: “Do you really think that that’s a promise that you can keep?” Is she continuing to press Spencer to stay away from Trina before he destroys her life completely? Because Spencer is by his girlfriend’s side as she worries about Curtis’ condition now that he’s finally waking up after surgery. “Why did they make us leave?” Trina frets.

In Pentonville, Cyrus continues to act like he’s a changed man (even though he gave Drew the welcome-to-prison gift of a shiv hidden in a bible!). “I want it to end,” he declares. But does Cyrus mean anything that he’s saying?

Ava still isn’t sure where this thing with Austin is going, but he seems determined to turn it into something real. “Our attraction to one another may just end up saving our lives,” he suggests with a sly smile. Or might it just make a complicated situation that much worse?

Molly didn’t really want to have the difficult conversation with Kristina that she really needs to, but when the sisters came face to face, it looks like they’re finally going to try and clear the air. “Is that really how you see me?” Kristina asks her younger sister.

Meanwhile, Sam asks someone: “How much trouble are you in this time?” And is there anything she might be able to do to help them out of it?

Everyone at the Metro Court pool was shocked and horrified when Sasha suddenly stabbed Cody in the back, not realizing she was hallucinating and seeing Cyrus. As Sasha stands there, stunned, Maxie rushes to Cody’s aid, crying: “Stop!”

After hearing from Alexis how no one trusts her because, despite her amnesia, she’s never really faced her past, Esme decides that it’s time to do just that. So she heads to visit her mother, Heather, in prison. “You’re the only one who can give me the information that I need,” Esme admits. But will Heather give her the truth?
