GENERAL HOSPITAL Spoilers 7/28/22: Esme Testifies Against Trina!

Be ready for anything in these GENERAL HOSPITAL spoilers! Willow tries to keep her secret, Nikolas gets emotional, Dante wants to take the next step, Dex makes Sonny a promise, and Esme prepares to take the stand at Trina’s trial. This should be good!

At the hospital, Willow is still trying to keep Michael in the dark about her medical condition and begs TJ to help her. “Please don’t say anything in front of him,” she pleads. But will TJ go along with her plan if Willow could be risking her life and that of her unborn baby?

Nikolas was desperate to get to Ava before Esme did to head her off at the pass before the schemer could reveal that they slept together. So which woman is he talking to when he emotionally declares: “You’re making a huge mistake”?

Dante has plans for Sam, and she’s curious what they might be. “What did you have in mind?” she inquires. To which he replies: “Taking the next step.” But what, exactly, might that entail, and is their relationship ready for it?

After being caught roughing up Felty with Sonny, Dex decides to tell his boss that he’s willing to take on more responsibility in the future. “If you ever need something like that done,” Dex declares, “I’m your guy.” Will Sonny use Dex to keep his own hands clean?

At the courthouse, Trina makes a decision about her future. “I wanna do it,” she announces. But will this decision help or hurt her case? Meanwhile, Esme arrives a little late but ready to take the stand and testify against Trina. “I’m so going to enjoy this,” she grins. And when Ava hisses: “Try it, I dare you,” is she trying to put the schemer in her place?
