General Hospital Spoilers 3/14/24: Jason Reveals Where He's Been!

Finally, some answers in today’s GENERAL HOSPITAL! Anna and Molly discuss the case, Sam and Kristina butt heads, John turns to Carly, Drew has something to say, Sonny opens up to Lois, and Jason explains to Michael exactly what he’s been up to!

In the police station interrogation room, Anna fills Molly in on the case that they’re building around Dante’s shooter. “It certainly fits the evidence we have so far,” she admits.

At the hospital, Kristina can’t believe that Jason would ever shoot Dante, but an emotional Sam is tired of people defending the guy when all the evidence says otherwise. “If that’s what you hear,” Sam tells her, “then talk to Carly.”

Always one of Jason’s staunchest defenders, Carly is willing to do whatever it takes to protect him from the police. So what will she do when John arrives at her home looking for her aid? “I need your help,” he declares. But will she be willing to give it?

Drew has something that he needs to say, but insists that it needs to be said in person. “This isn’t really something that I want to say in a text,” he admits.

It seems crazy, but Sonny does actually appear to genuinely believe that Jason has turned against him. Lois stops by his place to offer him a shoulder to lean on, and he gets a few things off his chest. “I will never forgive him,” he says, “and I will never forgive myself.”

With Willow helping to patch him up as he hides in the Quartermaine boathouse, Jason is finally on the mend, and he can finally explain what’s really going on! “What happens if you don’t finish?” Michael asks. Jason sighs and replies: “Something I can’t live with.”
