GH Spoilers 3/19/24: Dex Makes a Shocking Confession!

Things are getting complicated in today’s all-new GENERAL HOSPITAL! Brook Lynn blasts John, Liz stands her ground, Willow warns Jason he made a mistake, Sonny’s keeping secrets, Jason is hopeful, and Carly warns Josslyn as Dex turns himself in to the cops!

John is leaving no stone unturned in his search for Jason, which has now led him to the Quartermaines. And Brook Lynn isn’t shy about telling the FBI agent exactly what she thinks of him! “You are a disgrace to your badge,” she spits.

At the hospital, Liz tells someone: “I think the only thing that matters is the law.” Is John questioning her as well?

Checking on Jason’s wounds, Willow worries that he’s hurt himself by bringing his son into his chaos. “Involving Danny is the worst thing you could have done,” she argues. But Jason is convinced he can put things right before the situation gets any worse. “Gonna make it like it never happened,” he promises. But is that even possible at this point?

Sonny promises someone: “I’ll keep it a secret.” But whose secret is he keeping? And how juicy is it?

After running out on Dex, Josslyn cried on Trina’s shoulder for a bit and now she’s opening up to her mom. Of course, Carly knows a little something about dating men on the shady side of the law. “That’s not a realistic option,” she informs Joss, “and you know it.”

Meanwhile, Dex heads to the police station and sits down in Anna’s office to reveal the truth. “I did it,” he insists, “and I’m prepared to pay for it.” Is he confessing to attempting to murder Cyrus? Or another crime he committed on Sonny’s behalf? And does he really think this will help win Josslyn back?
