General Hospital Spoilers 3/22/23: Nina Fears the Worst!

Tensions are building in these GENERAL HOSPITAL spoilers! Portia tries to reconnect with Trina, Liz is ready to give up, Alexis thinks she’s discovered the truth, Finn has no answers for Gregory, Chase and Brook Lynn discuss their future, Laura and Spencer have big news for Esme, and Nina fears Jordan is about to deliver the worst news of all!

After confessing her secret blew her family apart, Portia remains hopeful that she can one day put the pieces back together. And seeing that Trina is in a forgiving mood, wonders if that could extend to her as well. “I hope the same can be true for you and me,” Portia tells her daughter.

At the hospital, Liz worries that her involvement in Nikolas’ abduction of Esme is going to derail her entire life, including her career. “I don’t see how I have a chance,” she admits to Terry.

Alexis is determined to figure out what Gregory is keeping from her and tries talking things through with Diane. And she thinks she may have hit upon something. “That might be the reason he’s no longer working at PCU,” Alexis muses. Meanwhile, at the hospital, Finn tells his father, “It’s too early to determine the results.” Is he talking about medical tests… or something else?

Willow did her best to push Chase and Brook Lynn back together again, but it’s really up to the two of them if they’re willing to give their relationship another chance. “I’m willing to try,” Chase admits. “Are you?” How will Brook Lynn respond?

Esme decided to keep Ace with her as long as possible but with Trina deciding to drop the charges against her, she doesn’t have to worry about going to prison… at least not right now! “We have wonderful news,” Laura tells Esme as she and Spencer visit her in Spring Ridge. But still suffering from amnesia, how will Esme choose to move on with her life?

Nina has been on pins and needles since Sonny revealed the attempt on his life and told her to keep her distance from him for her own safety. So when Jordan approaches her at Charlie’s Pub, she immediately fears the worst. “Did something happen to Sonny?” she asks, fear in her eyes.
