General Hospital Spoilers 3/23/23: Is Liz Fired?

Lives are in flux in these GENERAL HOSPITAL spoilers! Marshall supports Portia as Curtis questions Jordan, Alexis tries to help Gregory, Maxie has good news, Spencer reassures Trina, Laura offers Esme advice, Sasha confronts Gladys, and Liz awaits word on her fate!

Since Curtis wouldn’t give her any updates on Marshall’s meeting with the doctor, Portia checks with her father-in-law directly when she sees him at the hospital. And while he tries to be supportive, she’s not optimistic that Curtis will ever forgive her. “I think that says it all, doesn’t it?” Portia sighs. Meanwhile, Curtis revisits his past when he runs into Jordan at Charlie’s Pub. “Would we still be together?” he asks his ex.

Gregory burst into Alexis’ office to chastise her for going behind his back to talk to Finn about him, but she remains determined to get him to open up to her about what’s really wrong so she can hopefully help him. “Why would you do that?” she asks.

Cody follows Maxie as she enters Kelly’s to throw her arms out triumphantly. “Who’s ready for some great news?” she wonders with a big smile on her face. Might the Nurses Ball be on track to be a big success?

GH Laura Esme — Will Esme listen to Laura’s advice?ABC

Trina was stunned to discover that Esme and Baby Ace had moved in with Spencer at Laura’s apartment, so he quickly tries to do damage control and explain the reasons behind it. “That is the last thing that I want,” he assures her. Meanwhile, Laura continues trying to advise Esme on how to ensure her son has a future even though hers is in question. “It’s not too late to make sure that your son will,” she offers.

Gladys may have thought that explaining her reason for selling Brando’s garage to Selina (though not the real reason) was the end of the discussion, but apparently not! “I know that Cody upset you,” Sasha tells her in Kelly’s. “And I know why.”

After the committee heard from other doctors and Liz spoke on her own behalf, it was time for them to decide if the nurse is still employed at General Hospital. And it seems like they’ve already got an answer! “Is a quick decision good or bad?” Liz asks Terry.
