General Hospital Spoilers 3/24/22: Willow's Confession!

Everyone wants something in these GENERAL HOSPITAL spoilers! Willow admits she hasn’t been telling the truth, Harmony is in trouble, Curtis turns to Jordan, Ava plays a dangerous game with Victor, Sam and Anna ask Drew for help, and Nina updates Sonny on the latest.

Willow has no idea that her mother has been lying to her for her entire life, but it turns out that she hasn’t been entirely truthful herself! “I wasn’t being honest with her,” she admits to Michael. “Or with you.” But how will Michael react when he hears what she has to say? Meanwhile, Harmony continues to lean on Alexis as her guilty conscience continues to eat away at her. “I wish it was that simple,” she sighs.

The more Curtis learns about his father’s past, the more questions he has. And after Drew dug up information that made Curtis wonder if Marshall was ever really in witness protection as he claimed, he heads to the police station to speak with Jordan. “I really need your help,” he informs his ex.

GH Ava — Who’s really doing the manipulating here — Ava or Victor?ABC

Ava has been nice to Victor to lull him into a false sense of security so that they can find out what he’s really up to in Port Charles, and at their table in the Metro Court, she continues to turn on the charm. “I always want something,” she smiles, “and I usually get it.”

When he’s not helping Curtis find out details of his father’s past, Drew has also been involved in helping take down Victor Cassadine. And now, as he meets with Sam and Anna, he learns what their next step is going to be. “You really are our best chance,” Anna informs him. But will Drew go along with their plan?

Sonny has tried to persuade Nina to back off of suing for visitation with Wiley, but he also hasn’t had much luck in convincing Michael to overlook what Nina did to their family and let her see her grandson. Now, at Charlie’s Pub, Sonny wonders what Nina has been up to. “I was following up on something important,” she reveals. Can he keep her from making a terrible mistake?
