Be ready for anything in today’s GENERAL HOSPITAL! Dante finally wakes up from his coma, Liz praises Danny, Valentin reaches an agreement with Brennan, Carly can’t believe her ears, and Sonny and Jason finally face off!

Not wanting Dante to be transferred to a long-term care facility, Sam was desperate for him to wake up. And finally, the cop has regained consciousness! “Can I get you anything?” an incredibly relieved Sam asks her beau. Weakly, Dante responds: “Anna.” Finally, he can clear Jason’s name!

Danny has been one of Jason’s staunchest defenders since his father returned from the dead, and has joined the chorus of those insisting he didn’t shoot Dante. “Well, he’s lucky to have you in his corner,” Liz assures the kid.

It looks like Valentin’s shady connection to Pikeman isn’t quite over, as he takes a mysterious clandestine meeting. “We’ve come to an agreement,” he announces. But what does he have planned for Brennan, who is sitting in a prison transport van? “I was starting to think you’d abandoned me,” the former WSB head smiles.

Carly can’t understand why Sonny, of all people, refuses to believe that Jason is innocent until proven guilty. And the mob boss declaring that he doesn’t owe his longtime right-hand man anything completely blows her mind. “What has happened to you?” Carly cries in disbelief.

Perhaps finally having a conversation with Jason will help clear things up? “Can you tell me why I should believe you?” Sonny asks his old friend. Can Jason tell him enough to regain his trust?
