General Hospital Spoilers 3/30/23: A Horrifying Discovery!

Things are taking a deadly turn in these GENERAL HOSPITAL spoilers! Laura fears the worst, Maxie worries the Nurses Ball is falling apart, Austin sees a familiar face, Cameron rethinks his decision, Josslyn begs Trina to keep her mouth shut, Esme stands up to Spencer, Drew makes a discovery, and Dex and Sonny run across a corpse!

The fear is evident on Laura’s face and her voice is shaky as she declares: “We have to be warned.” Is she concerned about what Victor might do in retaliation for their plotting against him?

With the HIV/AIDS fundraiser right around the corner, Maxie can only laugh as planning for the event continues to be a disaster. “The Nurses Ball is going to hell in a handbasket,” she declares, trying to stave off panic. Can the ship be righted before it’s too late?

At the hospital, Austin enters an exam room to come face-to-face with someone familiar. “I know you,” he says. But who could it be?

Liz is proud of her son for getting a scholarship, even if she’s going to miss him when he goes to Stanford. However, recent events have Cameron reconsidering his decision. “Mom, I can’t leave,” he admits. Can Liz get him back on track?

Like her mother, Josslyn has gotten very good at keeping secrets. However, she needs to ensure that other people will not spill the truth and blow up her life. She’s got Cam to agree not to say anything about her and Dex, but now she has to work on Trina. “There could be really serious consequences if it became public knowledge,” Joss warns her pal.

Spencer accompanies Esme to the hospital, but she’s not really feeling the support. “If you’re not on my side,” she insists, “you can leave now.” But does Spencer trust her enough to leave her on her own with Baby Ace?

Now part of the plan to take down Victor, Drew reports to the safehouse with some bad news. “She did not leave on her own,” he reveals. Is he talking about deputy mayor Ashby? And is it Eileen who Dex and Sonny stumble across down at the docks? “Boss, there’s a body in the water!” Dex shouts as he prepares to dive in after it.
