GENERAL HOSPITAL Spoilers 3/31/21: Peter Confronts Carly!

These GENERAL HOSPITAL spoilers tease some big twists ahead! Alexis’ day in court has finally come, Jordan has some explaining to do, Gladys receives an invitation, Maxie offers Britt some reassurance, and Peter confronts Carly! Buckle up for today’s episode!

Off the heels of his conversation with Laura, Curtis wonders that perhaps there is still a chance for him and Jordan. But when he arrives at the apartment he shared with his estranged wife, the club owner is shocked to find another man there hanging out on her couch! “Taggert’s going to be staying here for a while,” Jordan informs Curtis, explaining that their cohabitation is a condition of Taggert’s release on bail. Will Curtis understand that the former partners are still working together to bring down Cyrus — or will Jordan’s houseguest be the final straw for the Ashfords’ marriage?

Despite Diane and Sam both begging her to plead not guilty, Alexis bravely stands beside her lawyer at the defendant attorney’s table, fully prepared to face the consequences for her actions when she drunkenly stabbed Dante with that syringe. “I’m willing to accept the punishment,” the alcoholic claims, even knowing that her punishment may very well be prison. But might the victim himself be able to sway the judge’s ruling? While on the witness stand giving his recollection of the events that took place, Dante asks that the court is lenient with Alexis. “I hope the court agrees with me,” he says to the judge.

Thanks to Carly, Anna and Valentin now know that Gladys was the witness whose statement landed Jason in jail on charges that he murdered Franco. And if there is anyone in Port Charles who may be able to help Carly and Anna buy some time in their quest to have Gladys implicate Peter and prove that Jason is being framed, it’s Robert. “Is there something you can do to postpone that?” Anna asks the District Attorney. Meanwhile, over at the Metro Court, Valentin does his part for the cause by taking the first step in gaining Gladys’ trust by extending an invitation that Brando’s mom would be hard-pressed to refuse! “Would you like to join me?” the charming Cassadine asks.

Of course, Carly, Anna and Valentin aren’t the only ones who want Peter out of Port Charles, pronto! Maxie and Britt have been working on a scheme of their own to rid the con man from their lives. But while Britt begins to worry that their brainstorm may be too risky, mama bear Maxie is determined to do whatever it takes to keep Peter out of their daughter’s life. “I have every confidence that we can handle this,” Maxie reassures Peter’s sister.

Now that she’s joined forces with Anna and Valentin to prove that Peter framed Jason for Franco’s murder, Carly is feeling pretty smug about the situation and is confident that it won’t be long before Mr. August is taken down. But Peter oozes confidence himself and will promptly put Carly in her place! “Are you sure you want to pick a fight with me?” he mocks Jason’s best friend.
