GENERAL HOSPITAL Spoilers 5/18/21: Who Does Sonny Recognize?
Questions and revelations abound in these GENERAL HOSPITAL spoilers! Olivia wants to know why she has a new housemate, Willow suspects that Finn isn’t being fully honest, Chase demands answers from his bio dad, Jason commands that Britt tell him who she’s been in contact with, Anna delivers bad news, and an amnesiac Sonny recognizes someone!
At the Quartermaine estate, Olivia is none too pleased to see that a new resident has moved in: Valentin! Brook Lynn’s babydaddy or not, Olivia isn’t too keen on the thought of sharing her space with the wretched Cassadine! “What the hell is that man doing in this house?” Is Ned going to be the one to tell Liv that Monica agreed to let Valentin move in and that is her house because Alan gave it to her?
Meanwhile, Michael and Willow are in the Q living room, discussing Chase’s illness and wondering why he hasn’t yet recovered. “What if Finn is withholding information?” Willow wonders. And she’s not the only one who is starting to question the doctor’s motives, either. At the hospital, Chase himself suspects that there is something his brother/father is holding back and that it has something to do with why Finn won’t okay his release. “What aren’t you telling me?” the cop asks his biological dad.
Jason and Britt have been on the run ever since they escaped from the police. Keeping their location a secret is the only thing keeping them out of jail at the moment, so why is Britt risking their freedom by making a phone call? “Who are you calling?” Jason demands of his housemate.
As a result of Britt being on the run with Jason, Maxie’s birth plan has hit a teeny snag: Dr. Navarro wants to induce the birth of the baby! Surely, the mom-to-be is freaking out on the inside at the thought of Peter being anywhere near their daughter. But Maxie is cool as a cucumber while talking to Peter at her apartment and telling him that “it would be irresponsible of me to refuse.” But refuse what, exactly?!?
When Anna called Tiffany for Sean’s help in finding the antidote for the toxin that Peter gave to Chase, she never expected that her old friend would call her back with the devasting news that Sean had passed away. Knowing that she needs to tell Robert of their dear friend’s death — and needing some comforting over the news herself — a grieving Anna seeks out Robert. “I have some really sad news,” a solemn Anna confesses to him in a hospital corridor.
Carly, too, has some news to share, and Diane is the one she unloads on as she takes the loyal lawyer into her confidence in the Corinthos living room. “She’s going to be singing a different tune when she hears what I have to say,” Carly declares. But who is she talking about?
There isn’t much that “Mike” remembers about his life before he lost all his memories. He doesn’t even remember that he knows Nina! So who does Sonny see in a Pennsylvannia parking garage that sparks a connection in his brain? “I think I know that guy,” he informs a shocked Nina.
