General Hospital Spoilers 5/21/24: Dante Blasts Sonny!

Things are going from bad to worse in today’s General Hospital. Brook Lynn and Chase have a honeymoon hiccup, Violet asks a favor from Finn, Alexis is nervous about her hearing, Kristina prepares to face her fears, Dex reconnects with Josslyn, and Dante loses his temper with Sonny!

Brook Lynn and Chase had a lovely wedding and reception (they’d already left by the time Sonny had his violent outburst), and are heading out on their romantic honeymoon. However, there seems to be a bit of a snag! “We have to find it or they’re not gonna let us in!” Brook Lynn cries as Chase digs through a bag. “They’ll send us back!”

As Finn packs Violet’s bag, she asks her dad to “protect it.” He replies: “I’ll guard it with my life.” Is the little girl still concerned about the wedding bouquet she caught and wants to keep forever?

Even with Diane at her side, Alexis is not terribly confident as she readies herself for the hearing to hopefully regain her law license. “Why doesn’t it feel like that at this moment?” she sighs.

Having slept on it, Kristina isn’t as emotionally freaked out about witnessing her father’s violent rage, but she’s also not about to try and pretend it didn’t happen. “As much as I want to hide from this,” she admits to Blaze, “I can’t.”

Out in the park, Dex still looks like a mess after Sonny’s brutal beating, but being with Josslyn again has put a smile on his face. “It’s easy if you try,” he teases. Shaking her head, Josslyn returns his grin and asks, “Try what?”

Sonny may think that everyone is turning against him as his paranoia grows, but he’s always been able to rely on Dante… that is, until now. Dante recently considered resigning from the police force because of the conflict of interest with his father’s criminal activities, and now he finds himself once again faced with being a cop or a son. “Why would you put me in that position?!” Dante shouts, frustrated. Which way will he turn?
