General Hospital Spoilers 5/27/22: Michael Pleads His Case!

Tensions are building in these GENERAL HOSPITAL spoilers! Rory and Trina have another encounter, Esme warns Spencer, Ava puts Nikolas in his place as Victor tries to help, and the visitation hearing takes a turn as Michael takes his stand!

Trina may have turned down Rory’s invitation to hang out together at the pool, but that’s where both of them end up after leaving the gallery! “What can I say?” he smiles at her. “I’m an optimist.” But will Trina agree to spend time with the cop if it might jeopardize his new career?

Spencer returns to Wyndemere to find Esme in a foul mood. “I may not be here when you get back,” she cautions, her voice angry and bitter. Can he keep her sweet long enough to get her into their new place where he can hopefully finally expose her crimes?

Nikolas wasn’t pleased to find Ava with Victor at the Metro Court, and as he sits at a table with her to try and talk, she’s seriously not in the mood for pleasantries. “If there’s a choice to make,” she reminds her estranged husband, “It’s my choice.” Unfortunately, Victor’s attempts to play peacemaker for the couple are likely to backfire! “It’s time you both found some compromise,” he urges.

After being interrogated by Scott, Michael is finally questioned by Diane, who is more than happy to let her client speak his piece and explain his position. “Why are you opposing Nina have any contact with Wiley?” the attorney asks. And during a break in the proceedings, an emotional Nina tries to explain herself to Sonny. “I did what I had to do,” she admits.
