General Hospital Spoilers 5/4/23: Is Valentin Going To Die?

Lives hang in the balance in these GENERAL HOSPITAL spoilers! Willow and Michael try to stay strong in the face of TJ’s bad news, Sonny’s declaration has Nina nervous, Josslyn questions Dex’s loyalties, Robert tries to avert disaster, Curtis doesn’t trust Spencer, and Valentin fights for his life as Laura and Victor face off!

After getting the results of Willow’s bloodwork, TJ has some bad news to share with the family. “I’m afraid it’s more than that,” he admits sadly. And at Willow’s bedside, Michael stays strong as he urges Willow to keep fighting. “This is our last shot,” he declares.

Nina may have thought Sonny chose their love over his family, but it’s clear that wasn’t the case, and he will still do anything in his power to help those he loves, even if they might not be too happy with him right now. “Somebody messes with one of us,” Sonny vows, “they mess with all of us.” How will he react when he finds out it was Nina who called the SEC on Carly and Drew?

Dex has the evidence to take down Sonny, but Josslyn is wondering why he and Michael haven’t used it yet. “Unless you’re the one having second thoughts about that?” she wonders. Just where do Dex’s loyalties lie?

At the hospital, Robert is frantically trying to get the WSB to call off the bombing of the island in Greenland where the Cassadine bunker is located because there are innocent people who will lose their lives. “Tell him to abort the mission!” he begs.

On board The Haunted Star, Curtis has freed Trina, Spencer, and Ace, but now he wants to go help the others stop Victor. “I need to know that I can trust you,” he tells Spencer.

In the bunker, Valentin has a vision of Helena as he succumbs to Victor’s injection, but continues to fight it. “I’m not going anywhere with you,” he insists. Meanwhile, Laura holds a vial of the pathogen in a tense standoff with Victor. “You drop it,” Victor warns, “you die.” So now what?
