GENERAL HOSPITAL Spoilers 11/17/20: Julian Is Trapped!

It’s time to face the music in these GENERAL HOSPITAL spoilers! Franco continues to tell his family the heartbreaking news, Dev makes another attempt to get close to Josslyn, Nikolas and Ava worry about Ryan, Jason warns Britt, and Sasha’s friends worry about her condition as Cyrus calls in his marker with Julian!

Although Franco kept his brain tumor a secret for a little while, he eventually came clean with Elizabeth and now has decided it’s time to tell Cameron. “I got some bad news from the hospital,” he admits. And Dev might be happy to take advantage of this new distraction to try and steal the girl Cam likes! “Room for one more?” he asks Joss and Trina as they sit out on the porch.

Even locked up in Pentonville, Ryan is a dangerous threat, and a knife in the back certainly isn’t going to put a stop to his plans! “You never know what Ryan’s gonna do,” Ava warns Nikolas. Are they still in danger or has the threat been neutralized?

At the hospital, Epiphany doesn’t like what she sees as she angrily asks someone, “What the hell do you think you’re doing?” And Jason continues to warn Britt that she’s in over her head with her new boss. “You don’t know what you’re talking about,” he insists. But will she listen?

Michael, Willow, and Chase are stunned to learn that Sasha was rushed to the hospital and nearly died because she overdosed on drugs. “How did we not know this?” Michael wonders of her addiction. And when Sonny fills Carly in on Sasha’s condition, he adds, “Three guesses who she got it from.” Meanwhile, the drug runner himself is over at Charlie’s Pub confronting Julian. “Now it’s time to settle accounts,” Cyrus announces. What, exactly, will he require Julian to do in exchange, and will the guy actually be forced to go through with it?
