GH Spoilers 10/18/23: The Honeymoon Is Almost Over!

The drama never stops in these GENERAL HOSPITAL spoilers! Lois and Tracy continue to butt heads, Curtis gets honest with Portia, Jordan warns Dante as Austin presses Mason, Josslyn worries about Dex, Carly reports in, and Sonny and Nina enjoy their happiness… but for how much longer?

Lois blasts Tracy for blackmailing Brook Lynn into doing her dirty work, but Tracy is quick to defend herself. “You couldn’t be more wrong,” she insists. Will these two ever find common ground?

Curtis is still adjusting to his new life and in bed with Portia, he needs her to face reality. “I don’t know if you can help me get past this,” he admits. But is he willing to at least try?

At the hospital, Dante is about to enter Mason’s room when Jordan comes rushing up. “Don’t go into that room,” the deputy major orders, “and stay away from the patient.” Why is she trying to prevent Dante from doing his job? In Mason’s room, Austin leans in close to the comatose patient and says: “You’re in the hospital. I need you to wake up.”

As Dex relays the events to Josslyn, including struggling with Mason by the edge of a cliff before Dante shot him, she’s once again worried about how dangerous his job is. “How close did you come to going over yourself?” she asks her boyfriend. Can he reassure her?

Getting up to date on the latest news herself, Carly places a call to warn someone that it’s not over yet. “Ava’s kidnapping isn’t the worst of it,” she reports. How much worse can it get?

Still in their honeymoon phase, Sonny and Nina are making the most of their time away from all the drama in Port Charles. “That’s a promise I can keep,” Sonny promises his new bride. But now that Michael knows the truth about what Nina did, their happiness is going to be short-lived!
