General Hospital Spoilers 10/19/22: Diane Blasts Alexis!

Tensions are rising in these GENERAL HOSPITAL spoilers! Robert is pleased, Nikolas goes on the defensive, Cyrus approaches Spencer again, Anna confronts Victor, Sonny brings Dex into the fold, and Diane has some harsh words for Alexis!

Robert stops by the hospital and is delighted by what he sees. “There’s a sight for sore eyes!” he declares as he looks into one of the rooms. But who has him so happy?

After her encounter with Victor, Ava headed over to Wyndemere to confront Nikolas. But as she tries to get him to tell her what’s really going on, he naturally can’t. “Nothing could be further from the truth,” he assures his wife. But how long before Ava discovers Esme is back… and pregnant with Nikolas’ baby!

Considering Spencer family, Cyrus wants to do whatever he can to help the young man survive his time in Pentonville. “In you, I see an opportunity to make amends,” Cyrus insists. But are his motives really that pure?

Desperate to keep Lucy out of trouble, Anna raced down to the docks, but led to the wrong pier, she finds only Victor. And naturally, things get confrontational. “Are you accusing my son of something?” Victor asks haughtily. Will anyone find Lucy in time or will Victor succeed in eliminating her?

Sonny has kept Dex at arm’s length as he decides whether or not he can truly trust the guy, but after recent events, it looks like a decision has been made. “I need a lieutenant that I can trust,” Sonny says. Is this the opportunity Dex — and Michael — have been waiting for?

Diane is recovering from her attack, and while she may not know why The Hook targeted her in particular, the attorney is sure that Alexis’ story in The Intruder had something to do with it. “Was it your fear that made you goad my attacker?” Diane asks her friend. Is there anything Alexis can say or do to make things right?
