General Hospital Spoilers 10/20/20: Sam Turns To Sonny

Tensions are rising in these GENERAL HOSPITAL spoilers! Cyrus wants answers, Dustin has a big announcement, Nina looks for help, Chase gets suspicious, Michael makes a decision about his future, and Sam turns to Sonny for help!

At the boxing gym, Cyrus asks Brando, “Do you have an answer for me?” Will he agree to risk his life working as a mole for Sonny inside Cyrus’ organization? Because Chase has some questions of his own for the mechanic. “Any idea why they closed the case and the investigation?” the cop wonders.

Now that Dante is back in Port Charles, Dustin tries to see where Lulu’s true feelings lie. “I am ready to let you go,” he tells her. But just what does Lulu feel about the two men in her life? Will she dump Dustin for another chance with Dante or stay with him?

Eager to locate her long-lost child, Nina brings Curtis in on the investigation. “Who is this woman?” he asks, “and why do you want to find her?” Might he be the one to break the case wide open? And elsewhere at the station, Carly just wants to move on. “The sooner Nelle is forgotten,” she insists to Jax, “the better.”

Still steaming from her confrontation with Ned, Brook Lynn decided to drown her sorrows at Charlie’s Pub where she finds herself getting drunk with Valentin. “I couldn’t agree more,” he declares, raising a glass. Will Valentin use this as a chance to further manipulate Brook Lynn or might the pair actually find themselves bonding?

Michael and Willow only got married to help him get custody of Wiley but as time has gone on, the pair have actually grown rather close. “You’re everything I ever could have wanted,” he confesses to her. Might Michael and Willow try to make their marriage real?

Sam’s attempt to confront her mother about her falling off the wagon didn’t go well at all, so she realizes she needs backup to help deal with Alexis’ drinking. Sitting down opposite Sonny at the Metro Court, she informs him, “I need your help.” Can he get through to his ex?
