General Hospital Spoilers 10/20/22: Where Is Lucy?

Accusations and shocks abound in these GENERAL HOSPITAL spoilers! Martin wants to know what happened to Lucy, Epiphany places the blame on Marshall, Rory asks Trina the tough questions, Michael continues to clash with Ned, Anna vows to destroy Victor, Curtis leans on Sonny, and Willow makes a shocking discovery!

After hearing shots fired at the docks, Anna discovered only Lucy’s shoe and everyone feared the worst. With the businesswoman still missing, Martin goes to the police station for an update. “Is there any news about Lucy?” he asks Dante and Jordan. Will she be found safe and sound or did Victor get his revenge?

At the hospital, Epiphany is holding a handful of index cards as she points at Marshall to declare: “I’m holding you personally responsible!” Does this have something to do with Marshall playing music for the patients, or more likely, Epiphany studying to become a doctor?

Rory invited Trina to come with him to a comic book convention out of town, but she was reluctant given how her last trip out of Port Charles went (she was framed for recording a sex tape of her best friends!). But the rookie cop hasn’t given up yet. “Do you not want to go away with me?” he asks her. How will she respond?

In addition to working with Dex to take down Sonny, Michael remains at odds with the Quartermaine side of his family following his failed attempt to take control of ELQ. “How’s that working with you and Valentin?” he asks Ned, sounding slightly accusatory.

Victor was released when the cops investigated the scene of Lucy’s disappearance at the docks, but now the Cassadine is in the interrogation room smiling smugly as Anna tears into him. “I will make it my business to destroy you!” she shouts.

Looks like Curtis is having second thoughts and he shares his concerns with Sonny. “I’m just wondering if I made the right choice,” he admits. Will he regret getting into bed with Ms. Wu and letting her run her illegal gambling business out of his club?

Willow walks into the boathouse at the Quartermaine estate and is greeted by a shocking sight causing her to let out a terrified scream! Has she found the missing Lucy… or someone else?
