GENERAL HOSPITAL Spoilers 10/23/20: Carly Visits Nelle

Tough decisions need to be made in these GENERAL HOSPITAL spoilers! Britt finds herself approached by the police, Trina and Joss have questions for Cameron, Alexis dives deeper into the bottle, Cyrus makes Julian an offer he can’t refuse, and Carly joins Nina at Nelle’s grave. But why?

Britt is relaxing at the Metro Court bar when her day takes a turn as Jordan approaches to talk to her. “Uh oh,” Britt jokes nervously. “Am I under arrest?” Can Jordan find out just how closely Britt is tied to Cyrus? Did she just accept his offer to be chief of staff at the hospital or is there more to it?

Cameron has been waffling back and forth unwilling to make a decision between two girls, and they’re both getting a little fed up with it. “Are we more than friends?” Trina asks him point-blank. And Joss tells Dev of her own plans to get a straight answer out of Cam. “Let’s see him try to ignore me to my face,” she declares.

Alexis is no longer hiding her drinking, moving from her home to the Metro Court where she bellies up to the bar and asks someone, “You wanna join me?” Can anyone get her back on the wagon before it’s too late?

Cyrus stops by Charlie’s Pub to speak with Julian. “You will find my offer impossible to resist,” he promises Julian as Sam looks on suspiciously. Can Julian figure out a way to stay away from Cyrus… and stay alive?

Curtis is happy to help Nina search for her long-lost child but there are some things he needs to get clear first. “Was it your call to continue the search?” he asks Jax. Meanwhile, Nina has finished burying Nelle and was surprised when Carly arrived at the cemetery. “I’m right where I’m supposed to be,” she informs Nina. Will a visit to Nelle’s grave stop Carly’s nightmares?
