General Hospital Spoilers 10/5/22: Carly Makes a Big Decision!

It’s all about control in these GENERAL HOSPITAL spoilers! Carly makes a life-changing decision, Curtis questions Nina, Willow feels trapped, Ava confronts Ryan, Dex makes Michael an offer, and Josslyn complains about Sonny as the mob boss loses his cool!

Carly’s unplanned trip to Florida has forced her to confront the demons of her past, and with Drew’s help, she’s actually managed to make peace with them. So now it’s time to look toward the future. “Maybe it’s time I stop being Carly Corinthos,” Carly suggests to him.

At the hospital, Nina opens up to Curtis about some of her problems and he tries to offer some advice. “Well, what weren’t you ready for?” he asks her. Is she having second thoughts about her relationship with Sonny now that he’s no longer acting like kind and loving “Mike” all the time?

Elsewhere in the building, Willow makes a confession to TJ. “There’s just no other choice I can make,” she admits. But is she talking about her decision not to seek treatment for her leukemia until after the birth of her baby or her decision not to tell Michael anything about her diagnosis?

After taunting Ryan in Spring Ridge, it looks like Ava was about to leave his room when she saw something shocking! “I knew it was too good to be true,” she shouts as she turns back to the serial killer. Has Ryan slipped up and revealed he’s not as paralyzed as he’s claimed to be?

After being rescued from Sonny’s clutches, Dex has a proposition for Michael. “That is how I can get you what you need,” he promises. But will Michael agree to whatever Dex has planned?

Meanwhile, Josslyn has never been Sonny’s biggest fan but now she’s really not happy with the guy for kidnapping and torturing Dex. “Sonny is even worse than I thought,” she insists to Trina.

And in his office, Sonny is starting to lose his patience. “I have a problem with that!” he yells, slamming his hand on the desk for emphasis. Can anyone reign him in before he spirals out of control again?
