GENERAL HOSPITAL Spoilers 10/6/20: Ryan Threatens Ava!

Who can you trust in these GENERAL HOSPITAL spoilers? Maybe not the convicted serial killer! Ned wants to keep a secret, Obrecht worries about loyalty, Carly wonders about Michael and Willow’s relationship, Chase comes to Brook Lynn’s defense, and Ryan has an offer for Ava she may not be able to refuse!

Alexis fell off the wagon hard with Ned’s help, and now the pair are regretting what happened that night. “Can we just keep this between us?” Ned asks her. Alexis will want to keep her own drinking quiet, so what’s one more secret?

It turns out that Obrecht is running the show at the WSB facility in Geneva, hoping to use Dante to expose Peter’s crimes and take him out of the picture once and for all. But she could have some hurdles in the way. “Have I made you less inclined to help me?” she asks the doctor. Can she really pull this off and prove her innocence?

At the Metro Court, Robert tells someone, “I owe it all to you.” And at another table, Finn asks Anna, “Do you know what the right play is at this point?” The grin on Anna’s face would seem to indicate she’s got it all under control, but anything is possible!

Carly checks in with Willow to find out how things are going with Michael and Wiley and wonders what their plans are going forward. “Is Michael asking you to make the situation permanent?” she wonders. Would Willow agree to stay married to Michael? Because Chase has been keeping himself busy helping Brook Lynn recently. And he jumps to her defense again when he interrupts her and Julian at Charlie’s Pub. “Is that any way to talk to a lady?” he asks.

Ava steeled herself and went to Pentonville to talk to Ryan and see what he’s after. “If you want my silence,” the killer informs her, “it comes at a price.” With Ryan in possession of Nelle’s letter exposing Julian’s role in the baby switch, will Ava agree to Ryan’s demands to keep him quiet? And just what does Ryan want from her?
