GH Spoilers 10/8/21: Carly and Sonny's Unexpected Guest!

Prepare for surprises in these GENERAL HOSPITAL spoilers! Josslyn has a gift, Esme needs Cameron, Trina drops a bomb on her mom, Britt takes a stand, Spencer tries to make a deal, Ava prepares for a guest, Nina continues her apology tour, and Sonny and Carly welcome a surprise visitor

Inside Kelly’s, Josslyn tells someone: “I have something for you.” And outside, Esme approaches a rather surprised Cameron. “I need you desperately,” she declares. But what does she need from him, and would he even be willing to help the schemer?

Portia is still adjusting to her daughter moving into the college dorms, so she’s taken aback when Trina shares some surprising information. “You can’t drop that kind of bomb on me and play coy,” she tells her daughter.

Britt was heartbroken when Jason dropped her like a hot potato to marry Carly and even after Sonny returned and things went back to the way they were, she still wasn’t willing to give Jason another shot. “I am nobody’s second,” she proclaims. But how long will that attitude really last?

Nina continues working her way through Port Charles, apologizing to the people she hurt by keeping Sonny in Nixon Falls with amnesia for so long. “I imagine I’m the last person that you’d want to see right now,” she says cautiously.

Ava and Nikolas can finally be together now that Spencer has been revealed as the stalker and the whole matter has been settled. But she still needs to make time for someone else today. “I’m about to have a visitor,” Ava informs her husband. Meanwhile, Spencer approaches someone to announce: “Do I have a deal for you.” What kind of trouble is he stirring up now?

Reunited, Sonny and Carly are a united front when they receive a visitor in their home. “What a pleasant surprise,” he remarks to their guest. However, the expression on Carly’s face makes it look like she’s not as happy to see the unexpected arrival!
