GENERAL HOSPITAL Spoilers 9/11/20: Big Changes at GH!

Change is coming in these GENERAL HOSPITAL spoilers. Portia gives Trina her blessing as Dev offers Cam advice, Nikolas shocks Elizabeth, Franco questions Ava’s feelings, Joss says goodbye to her grandfather, and the new chief of staff is a shocker!

At the hospital, Trina tells her mother some news, and Portia offers her daughter her full support. “If it makes you happy,” she declares, “I am all in.” Meanwhile, the boys are still sitting in the park where Cam has opened up to Dev about the situation with Trina and Josslyn. “Pick one, go for it,” Dev advises him, “and set the other free.” But can Cam bring himself to do that?

Elsewhere in the park, Nikolas continues to try and convince Elizabeth that she made the wrong choice when she married Franco. “I think you are looking for a way out of your marriage,” he suggests. And at the gallery, Franco thinks he’s hit on the exact reason why Ava’s having so much trouble with her husband. “You have feelings for Nikolas?” he asks, stunned.

At Turning Woods, Mike’s condition continues to worsen and Josslyn spends some time with her grandfather knowing time is running out. “I’m gonna make you proud, grandpa,” she promises. And in the hall, Carly tries to comfort Sonny as they prepare to say goodbye to Mike forever. “He’s made his family’s life better just by being here,” she says through tears.

The hospital has been through quite a few changes since Cyrus took over the board of directors, with Bobbie and Monica out of a job. But the newest hire could turn everything upside down. “You’re the new chief of staff?” a stunned Finn asks as Epiphany looks downcast. How much worse can things get?
