GENERAL HOSPITAL Spoilers 9/23/21: Nina Takes the Blame
It’s not going to be easy to go back in these GENERAL HOSPITAL spoilers! Nikolas and Spencer try to make peace, Trina shares her suspicions, Esme probes Kevin, Jason tries to make things right with Britt as Sonny resumes his life, and Nina prepares to face the music!
Nikolas suspected his son was the stalker harassing him and Ava, but when new evidence proved the contrary, he attempted to make amends with his son. However, there’s still some tension there. “I’m still not sure this is going to work,” Spencer admits. Meanwhile, Trina thinks she has it all figured out and shares her suspicions with Cameron. “I know who’s been stalking Ava,” she declares. And she’s right to put Esme at the top of the list because everything that young woman does is suspicious! Like her following up her interest in Ryan by chatting with Kevin. “Has your profession helped you find the answers you were looking for?” she asks.
With Sonny back, Jason no longer has to stay married to Carly and quickly informs Britt of this fortuitous turn of events. However, she’s not exactly jumping at the chance to reunite with the guy who dumped her so quickly to marry his best friend. “How do you just stop those feelings,” she wonders. Meanwhile, Sonny wants to put the past year behind him and get things back to normal, but that may prove easier said than done. “There’s no guarantee you can keep that promise,” a tearful Carly tells her husband.
With nothing left for her in Nixon Falls, Nina has returned to Port Charles to accept the blame for what she’s done, starting with the one person who might still be on her side, Maxie. “It’s all my fault, Maxie,” Nina confesses. But while she’s talking about Peter, there’s still a lot more for Nina to atone for. “That’s not the only bad decision she’s made,” Valentin admits to Jax. Let’s just say that things for Nina are going to get a lot worse before they get better!
