General Hospital Spoilers 9/9/22: Is Mac Cody's Father?

It’s time for some difficult conversations in these GENERAL HOSPITAL spoilers! Felicia wants Mac to face his fears, Maxie confronts Britt, Spencer faces off with Rory, Nikolas gets defensive as Ava opens up, Dante makes a confession to Sam, Cody gets worried, and Sonny meets with Victor!

Mac was stunned to meet Cody and learn that he was Dominique’s son, and he and Felicia together wondered if there was a possibility that he could be Cody’s father. “What are you so afraid of?” Felicia asks her husband. Mac admits that this is a lot to take in, and there’s still no proof one way or the other. “Just knowing that might be too high a price,” he admits. But how long can they go on not knowing for sure?

Meanwhile, Maxie faces off with Britt at the hospital and seems to have changed her mind about her being a perfect match with Cody. “I’m starting to think I was wrong,” she declares to the stunned doctor.

As Spencer prepares to do his time in prison, he assures Rory that he’ll have a clear path forward with Trina once he’s out of the picture. “So you have nothing to worry about,” he promises.

Trying to keep quiet the fact that he slept with Esme and later covered up her fall from the parapet has left Nikolas feeling pretty defensive. “What are you implying?” he asks someone. Meanwhile, Ava remains in the hospital following her attack, and she decides to come clean with her latest visitor. “You deserve to know,” she admits.

Once Cody left after helping Dante move into Sam’s place, it seems like the conversation has turned back around to the cop’s childhood friend. “Sonny’s not the only one keeping an eye on him,” Dante admits to her. Meanwhile, Cody is stunned to learn that Mac is interested in talking to him about the attempted murder of Ava Jerome. “You think I need a lawyer?” he wonders.

Victor sat down for an important meeting, and it turns out he is meeting with Sonny! But what do the two men have to discuss? “I want to know how you’re gonna clean it up,” Sonny says. This could get ugly!
