General Hospital Spoilers: Carly Learns the Awful Truth!

As Brennan and Valentin plot against Jason and Sonny this week on General Hospital, Carly comes to a shocking realization. But is it too late to make any difference?

With Brennan still locked up in Pentonville, Valentin continues running Pikeman, and the two men meet up to discuss their nefarious plans. “I make Sonny erratic and angry,” Valentin says with a sly smile. Brennan adds, “We eliminate Jason and pin it on Sonny.” No one would ever believe that Sonny could kill Jason, but given the mob boss’ recent erratic behavior (due to Valentin tampering with his bipolar meds), at this point anything is possible!

Feeling betrayed by everyone around him, Sonny has been relying on Ava more and more. And though she is aware of the issue with his medication, she’s remaining silent for her own reasons. Still, there’s another person that Sonny feels he can trust. “The only person in my family right now that I can trust,” he informs Dante.

Carly is stunned by Sonny’s actions recently, and after her conversation with Nina, agrees that Ava living under his roof and becoming his sole confidant is a recipe for disaster. But when she tries to confront her ex-husband and get him to open his eyes, it’s hers that end up finally seeing the truth. “You’re not making any sense,” she cries. “It’s like everybody’s out to get—“ Carly suddenly stops short and takes a deep breath. “Oh my God,” she sighs.

But even though Carly has figured out what’s wrong with Sonny, it’s unlikely she’ll be able to get through to him to seek help given his present state of mind. Just how far will Sonny fall before he realizes he needs help? Check out this tease for just a fraction of the drama coming your way on GH!
