Victor’s time may be running out in these GENERAL HOSPITAL spoilers! As the Cassadine continues manipulating his pawns in Port Charles, the good guys are plotting the villain’s downfall. But who will emerge the victor in this particular war?

With Holly out of the picture after faking her injuries in the explosion, her friends and allies are more determined than ever to put a stop to Victor’s evil scheme… whatever it is! “Your father’s going down,” Mac warns Valentin at the Metro Court. “Just take care you’re not too close when he does.”

Victor still has his own allies, though, and he’s still carefully arranging his chess pieces on the board. At the outdoor holiday market, he secretly brings Deputy Mayor Ashby up to date on his progress. “My plans are still alive,” he assures her.

Meanwhile, Sonny checks in with Dex to make sure that they’re still on the same page. But given that Sonny ends up slamming his fist into the furniture in frustration would seem to indicate that not everything is copasetic between these two! How much longer can Dex keep his secret — make that secrets! — from Sonny?

Laura has warned Victor that she is coming for him, but it’s a job that she can’t do on her own. “We have got to stop Victor,” she urges Robert, “once and for all.” But since no one seems to know exactly what the Cassadine’s endgame really is, how can anyone possibly hope to put a stop to his plans?
