GENERAL HOSPITAL Spoilers 1/18/21: Sonny Springs Into Action!
According to the newest GENERAL HOSPITAL spoilers, this week is going to be full of twists and turns! Ava hatches a new plan, Olivia goes on a reconnaissance mission, Ned is suspicious, Willow wants to set things right, and “Mike” finds himself in a dangerous situation!
Ever since Sonny went missing, Ava has been on a mission to regain primary custody of their daughter, Avery. Might the presumed death of the Mob boss be what sparks the gallery owner to hatch a new scheme in taking her daughter away from Carly for good? “You’ve given me a terrific idea,” Ava tells someone.
Ava isn’t the only one with a plan, however. Over at the Metro Court restaurant, Olivia is ready for the next step in her and Sam’s mission to prove Alexis was framed — and she turns to former WSB agent Robert for guidance! “Teach me how to be a spy,” Olivia begs of the superspy-turned-police commissioner.
Over at Crimson, Nina seems perplexed and needs some further explanation from her office guest. “What are you thinking?” And she’s not the only one questioning what is on someone else’s mind. “Are you having second thoughts?” Jax asks his unseen companion at the Metro Court restaurant.
At the Quartermaine mansion, a suspicious Ned senses red flags being raised all over the place. “Where were you?” he asks someone. But is that person his mother, Tracy, or his wife, Olivia? Meanwhile, Willow confronts Michael in the Q living room and insists that they need to have a heart to heart about the future of their relationship. “It’s finally time to figure out what we mean to one another,” the teacher tells her surprised faux husband.
Meanwhile, Josslyn finds herself on the receiving end of an insulting question as she chats with Trina and Cameron in the Corinthos kitchen. When the conversation turns toward the journal Joss carried around everywhere with her in the months after Oscar’s death, her friends seem to be curious if she still has it… or if it was perhaps tossed in the trash. “Why would you think I would throw my journal away?” the insulted teen asks her pal.
Finally, Sonny may be presumed dead, but Carly isn’t sure she totally believes it. After all they have been through together, she would certainly feel it deep down in her bones if her soulmate was really gone. “I can’t shake this feeling,” she tearfully declares. Of course, Carly is right: Sonny isn’t dead at all. He’s actually alive and well — albeit suffering from amnesia and calling himself “Mike” — and working at a bar in Pennsylvania! When bad-news customer Walter attempts to rob the Tan-O, Mike’s instincts kick in and he springs into action. “Now’s a good time to shut up!” the gunman tells “Mike” when Sonny jumps out of his seat to protect his new friends, Phyllis and Lenny.
Check out this tease for all of the excitement coming up this week on GH!
