General Hospital Spoilers: Sonny Is Suspicious of Nina!

The walls are closing in on Nina in these GENERAL HOSPITAL spoilers! Ned’s amnesia has bought her some more time, but what will she do with it? Might she actually come clean to Sonny about what she did?

Nina was hopeful that Sonny would never find out that she was the one who turned Carly and Drew in to the SEC, but after Ned overheard her talking about it with Martin, she feared the worst. Ned fell and hit his head, and as everyone waited for him to regain consciousness, Nina worried about what he might say when he woke up.

Unfortunately, Sonny has noticed his fiancée’s erratic behavior recently and is beginning to grow suspicious about what she’s hiding from him. “I’m concerned about you,” he tells her. “And how you’re acting.” Can Nina keep her cool?

But then Brook Lynn arrives with an update on Ned’s condition. “He doesn’t know who he is,” she reports. Nina reacts with surprise and also a little bit of hope. Ned waking up and believing himself to be Eddie Maine has given her some more time to figure out a plan, but how long before he regains his memories and exposes her? “I want to get my husband back,” Olivia tells TJ.

In the park, Ava and Nina’s workout naturally turns to conversation and Ava once again reminds her pal that if Sonny finds out what she did to Carly from anyone but her, Nina’s going to regret it. “If Sonny finds out now,” Ava warns, “you are gonna be under the gun… with no way out.”

But will Nina opt to stay quiet and hope it all blows over or head Ned off at the pass by confessing everything to Sonny and hoping he doesn’t break up with her? Check out this tease for the dramatic week of GH to come!
