In the interrogation room at the police station, Nina is still in shock as Ava stays with her for support and Scott arrives to represent her. “Rich fashion editor holds mystery man hostage,” he declares. Can the attorney figure out a way to get the charges dropped?

Jax is also surprised by this turn of events, but Michael defends his decision to report the crime and have Nina brought to justice. “Look, Nina stole nine months of my father’s life,” he reminds.

And Michael is there in court when it’s time for Nina to go before the judge. Carly looks like the cat that ate the canary, although Sonny looks slightly taken aback by this particular twist. “She’s still responsible for what she did to you,” Carly argues.

However, it seems that it’s not public knowledge that Michael is the one who got Nina arrested, because Sonny accuses Carly of taking the revenge he asked her not to! “Nina got arrested,” he says. “Was that you?” Could this be the first splinter that begins tearing Sonny and Carly apart? And will Nina wind up in prison for not telling Sonny his true identity when she had the chance?
