There are two lives on the line in these GENERAL HOSPITAL spoilers. As Willow prepares to deliver her baby early in the hopes of using their stem cells to save her own life, everyone rallies around and hopes for the best. Who will survive?

As a frightened and nervous Willow lies in the operating room with Michael holding her hand, Sonny shares some good news with Nina. “There may be a way to save Willow’s life,” he reports. Devastated to learn that she wasn’t a bone marrow match, Nina’s face lights up with hope for the first time in a while. But even if Willow survives, it’s going to be a long while before she’ll ever accept Nina as her mother.

Josslyn is also worried about her brother’s wife and their baby. Luckily, she has Dex’s strong shoulder to cry on. “What if she doesn’t wake up?” she worries. And at the hospital, Drew arrives and seeing the look on Carly’s face, fears the worst. “Did Willow have a setback?” he asks.

Willow needs to deliver her baby prematurely so that the stem cells can be harvested from the umbilical cord and placenta. Without any other compatible donor, her baby could be the only person who can save her life. It’s a risky move, but at this point, it’s the only one left.
