If you can’t get enough of James Patrick Stuart as Valentin on GENERAL HOSPITAL, get ready to see more of him starring in the second season of the Disney series THE VILLAINS OF VALLEY VIEW which just wrapped shooting recently!

“We’ve finished 19 all-new very funny episodes of THE VILLAINS OF VALLEY VIEW and they’re coming your way soon!” Stewart announced on Instagram. “Wait ’til you see!”

In the children’s comedy series, Stuart plays Vic Madden — aka Kraniac — the head of a family of supervillains hiding out in a small town in Texas. The show centers around teenage daughter Amy, as they all struggle to hide their powers and blend in with the rest of the townsfolk.

Stuart announced he was shooting the pilot back in May 2021 and assured fans that it would not interfere with his work on GH because the studios are only 15 minutes away from each other. And after the show’s premiere in June 2022, news of its renewal for a second season was announced just a couple of months later in August.

While Stuart was taping the first season of THE VILLAINS OF VALLEY VIEW, the soap wrote around Valentin by having the character kidnapped and then leaving to recover from his ordeal. But as fans can see, there really weren’t any noticeable scheduling conflicts this time around because Valentin has been front and center during the whole storyline where he and Anna were hiding out plotting to stop Victor and he’s now right in the thick of things as Victor tries to implement his dastardly plan!

And you can look for the second season premiere of THE VILLAINS OF VALLEY VIEW on Thursday, June 15, on the Disney Channel! (Streaming shortly thereafter on Disney+!)
