January 13 GENERAL HOSPITAL Episode Preempted

Soaps often find themselves interrupted due to coverage of breaking news, and with so much happening in America right now, it’s likely to be an ongoing concern for at least a couple of weeks. However, fans don’t have to worry because today’s GENERAL HOSPITAL has been preempted until tomorrow.

Sometimes, a soap is only preempted in some areas, forcing fans in the affected regions to seek out an episode online or on demand in order to stay caught up. However, because this preemption is nation-wide, ABC has decided to simply bump the January 13 episode of GH and air it in full on January 14 so that they can run news coverage on the second presidential impeachment hearing.
