Kristina Wagner is Returning to GENERAL HOSPITAL!

It’s an early Christmas present for GENERAL HOSPITAL viewers: Fan favorite Kristina Wagner will be bringing Felicia back to the canvas very soon! The actress announced the exciting news on Twitter, revealing that she would be reporting to the set on Wednesday, Dec. 1, to bring her Port Charles alter ego back to life.

“Tomorrow, I head back to work on General Hospital!” Wagner exclaimed. “Lucky me. I couldn’t be more thrilled to be a part of that family once again. Here we go. More to come. Felicia Scorpio rides again.”

The actress made her GH debut as the Aztec princess back in 1984 and has played the role on and off ever since. Wagner’s last appearance was back in May during the soap’s special tribute to the late John Reilly, whose Sean was something of a father figure to Felicia. Before that, however, the actress had not been back to work on the show since GH resumed production after its COVID shutdown in March 2020. “The last time I was on the set of General Hospital,” Wagner captioned a group photo from Reilly’s tribute episode that included Tristan Rogers (Robert), Leslie Charleson (Monica), Genie Francis (Laura), Finola Hughes (Anna), John J. York (Mac), Kimberly McCullough (Robin) and Reilly’s daughter, Caitlin, who played his reel-life daughter, Annie. “I have such fond memories with all these folks. A whole lotta love.”

Wagner’s return comes on the heels of the news that Genie Francis (Laura) and Michael E. Knight (Martin) will be back on the screen in early December after the siblings spent the summer in Witness Protection hiding from their criminal brother, Cyrus Renault.
