Liz’s Parents Cast on GENERAL HOSPITAL!
After all this time talking about them, Liz’s parents have finally been cast on GENERAL HOSPITAL!
Soap Opera Digest is reporting that Jeff Webber, originally played by Richard Dean Anderson from 1976-81 will now be played by William Moses. Viewers will recognize him from his role as Cole Gioberti on primetime sudser FALCON CREST, playing Ken Malansky in the Perry Mason movies, his role as Tim in the 1988 film Mystic Pizza, or his appearances in primetime series like JAG, ALLY MCBEAL, CROSSING JORDAN, CSI: MIAMI, CASTLE, THE SECRET LIFE OF THE AMERICAN TEENAGER, MAD MEN, and THE GOOD DOCTOR. In recent years, he could be seen playing Special Agent Lanford on HOW TO GET AWAY WITH MURDER.
Liz’s mother, Carolyn, who has never been seen on GH before, will be played by Denise Crosby. While best known for playing Lt. Tasha Yar on STAR TREK: THE NEXT GENERATION, she also starred in the original Pet Sematary, and appeared in shows like DIAGNOSIS MURDER, BAYWATCH, NYPD BLUE, and THE X-FILES. Most recently, the actress could be seen playing Faye Richardson on the USA series SUITS. This isn’t Crosby’s first foray into daytime as her IMDb page lists a few episodes as Lisa Davis on DAYS OF OUR LIVES from 1980 at the very beginning of her career.
