Mark Lawson Shares His Appearance on TULSA KING!

If you’re a viewer who is missing seeing Mark Lawson on GENERAL HOSPITAL, you can check him out playing the character of Colton in the Paramount+ series TULSA KING! “Word’s out,” the actor declared on Instagram after his episode aired. “Your boy had a fun guest spot on TULSA KING! Can confirm Andrea Savage is as gracious as she is formidable. Wild show. So much fun.

“Thank you, TULSA KING, Sylvester Stallone, and Paramount+!” he added. “And especially thank you to Darlene Kaplan and SMS Talent!”

Previously known to soap fans as Brody Lovett on ONE LIFE TO LIVE, Lawson joined the cast of GH in July 2019, though his character of Dustin met a tragic end in November 2020. Since then he has appeared in the TV movie Most Wanted Santa and the TNT series ANIMAL KINGDOM.

TULSA KING is a crime drama created by YELLOWSTONE co-creator Taylor Sheridan that stars Stallone as Dwight “The General” Manfredi, a New York Mafia capo who upon release from prison finds himself sent to Tulsa, OK, to establish criminal operations there. In the Nov. 4 episode titled “Visitation Place,” Dwight’s love interest (and federal agent!), Stacy Beale, played by Savage, tried to take her mind off her troubles by hooking up with a random guy she met in a bar, who happens to be played by Lawson!

And if you missed this episode, it’s still available for streaming on Paramount+. At this time, there’s no information as to whether Lawson will be reprising the role of Colton in future episodes of TULSA KING, but who knows if Dwight might want to find out who his girlfriend cheated on him with and take some kind of revenge?
