GENERAL HOSPITAL SPOILERS 4/30/20 — Michael Attacks Nelle!

The truth hurts in these GENERAL HOSPITAL spoilers! Sonny has news for Josslyn and Dev, Liz offers Portia advice while Trina is at the end of her rope, Julian has a warning for Brook Lynn, Willow confronts Chase as Carly demands answers from Sasha, and Michael gives Nelle a piece of his mind!

Josslyn and Dev look concerned as Sonny approaches them with some news. “I’ve gotta tell you guys something,” he announces. But with all the drama going on around the Corinthos family, which particular piece of news is he going to share?

At the hospital, Portia is looking for advice, and Liz responds, “My vote is to go for it.” Meanwhile, Trina opens up to Cameron about her frustration. “I can’t do this anymore!” she cries. Will the mother and daughter ever find themselves on the same page?

Brook Lynn swings by Charlie’s Pub where she does not get a very warm welcome from its proprietor. “Turn around and stay out of my bar,” he declares angrily. But since when has Brook Lynn ever done what she’s told?

Willow informs Chase that the only reason she came home was to pick up her things. “I just don’t have any more room in my heart to hurt,” she confesses. Will Chase keep up the charade or listen to his brother’s advice to come clean to the woman he loves? Because at the same time, Sasha finds herself under fire as Carly demands, “Tell me why you cheated on my son.” Will they continue lying to push Michael and Willow together?

Michael tried to go for a run in the park to clear his head, but the unexpected appearance of Nelle pretty much ruined that idea! She tries to talk to him but he’s not having it and the conversation escalates into a shouting match. “I don’t trust you with my son,” Michael barks, “and I never will!”
