GENERAL HOSPITAL Spoilers 2/20/20 — Nelle Kidnaps Wiley!

The secret is out but that’s just the start of the drama in these GENERAL HOSPITAL spoilers! Taggert doesn’t react well when confronted by Curtis, Jordan visits Cyrus, Sam has info for Sonny, and Lucas wants all the details about the baby swap as Nelle plans to run off with Wiley!

Having overheard Trina introduce Cam to Taggert as her father, Curtis confronts the cop outside of Kelley’s but Taggert isn’t having any of it. “My life?” he barks angrily as the teens watch nervously from behind. “It’s none of your damn business!” But will Curtis back off before he learns what’s really going on?

Having made arrangements for a visit, Jordan arrives at Pentonville where Cyrus doesn’t look entirely surprised to see her. “I wondered when I was going to see you again,” the drug runner says. And Jason updates Sonny on the explosion he set at the warehouse. “Cyrus Renault got hurt tonight,” he reports. But it looks like Sonny is only getting started. “Not enough,” he growls. What does he have planned next?

Sam makes a call to warn, “There’s something you and Sonny need to know,” and it’s likely she’s spilling the big news that has turned Port Charles upside down. Brad has confessed to swapping babies with Nelle after their adopted son died suddenly in his crib, but Lucas wants to know just how deep this lie goes. “Who else knew that Wiley was Michael’s son?” he demands. With Julian standing right there, will Brad protect him or take Lucas’ father down right along with him?

Realizing that the truth was being exposed, Nelle scrambled to get her hands on her son, taking out Willow in the process. As the little boy looks up at her from the couch, Nelle smiles. “You and mommy are going on a little trip,” she reveals. Can anyone stop her before she disappears with Wiley?
