Vanessa Marcil’s Son, Kassius, Is in a New Movie — With His Dad!

Former GENERAL HOSPITAL star Vanessa Marcil (ex-Brenda) is a super-proud mama these days! Her son, Kassius Marcil-Green, has a new movie out, and he got to work with his dad, Brian Austin Green, on the project, a Western thriller titled The Night They Came Home!

Now in select theaters and on-demand, the film is inspired by the real-life crime spree of the Rufus Buck Gang, an outlaw group of teenage criminals in the Indian Territory of Arkansas-Oklahoma in 1895. The movie chronicles the group’s ruthless exploits and the combined force of local lawmen and Indian police determined to take down the coldhearted band of fugitives. The star-studded ensemble cast includes Charlie Townsend as Rufus, Tim Abell as U.S. Marshal Heck Thomas, Danny Trejo, and Robert Carradine. Marcil-Green plays young Tommy Palmer, and Green his father, whom the Buck Gang attacks.

“Kassius’ film is out now in theaters,” raved Marcil on social media, sharing images of her son from the movie. “Based on a true story about the Rufus Buck gang.”

Marcil-Green’s dad was equally proud of his work on the project. “This is the movie I did with Kass,” Green wrote on Instagram, sharing the trailer for The Night They Came Home.  “I’m so proud of him. This is a really cool step.”

The movie was filmed back in October 2022 — and Marcil-Green shared that he created wonderful memories while spending that time with his father. “The past few weeks working on set with my dad and a huge group of incredible people have literally been a dream come true,” the actor shared on Instagram.

The Night They Came Home is available on Apple TV, Amazon, Google Play, YouTube, and other digital platforms. Check out the exciting trailer for the Western below!
