GH’s Michael Blake Kruse Had the “Perfect” Birthday Weekend — See the Pics!

Looks like GENERAL HOSPITAL newcomer Michael Blake Kruse really did have the best birthday ever on May 19! At least if the pictures he shared are anything to go by! “Had the perfect birthday celebration thanks to my wife’s planning,” the 32-year-old declared, praising his beautiful wife, Cara, for setting everything up.

Kruse joined the cast of GH as rookie cop Rory Cabrera in the March 29, 2022, episode and immediately made an impression on fans. And his further appearances on the soap have them eager to see what happens next between Rory and Trina as there are clearly sparks between the pair!

In real life, Kruse has been happily married to his wife, Cara, since August 3, 2019, and the couple welcomed their first child, daughter Harlow Blake Kruse, in November 2020. And both wife and daughter were on hand to help him celebrate his latest trip around the sun!

“Thank you very much to everyone who took the time to send me a message,” Kruse said of all the birthday wishes he received this year. “God is good!”

    As much fun as Kruse had doing all of his birthday activities, it looks like Harlow had even more!

    Kruse, Cara, and Harlow rented a surrey in Santa Barbara for what he called "mostly legal bike riding." Good thing Officer Cabrera didn't catch them!

    Also while in Santa Barbara, the Kruses ate at Los Agaves Restaurant and then stopped by McConnell's Fine Ice Creams for a sweet treat afterward!

    Kruse said they also enjoyed the Santa Barbara Zoo, but sadly didn't share any pics of Harlow being super cute with the animals. Maybe another time!
