AS THE WORLD TURNS’ Michael Park and THE BOLD & THE BEAUTIFUL’s Kristolyn Lloyd Star in New Broadway Musical!

Michael Park (Jack, AS THE WORLD TURNS) has just landed a role in another Broadway show — one that also features THE BOLD & THE BEAUTIFUL alum Kristolyn Lloyd (ex-Dayzee)!

The Daytime Emmy winner and stage vet was most recently starring in Tuck Everlasting, which unfortunately closed recently after a too-brief run. However, this left him available to reprise his role in the musical Dear Evan Hansen as it makes its transition to Broadway!

The show stars Ben Platt as Evan Hansen, an outsider whose lies catapult him into the spotlight and transforms an entire community. Park will be playing the role of Larry Murphy, the father of the dead teenager whom Evan claims to have been friends with. Park played this role during its original production at Arena Stage, but not during its recent Off-Broadway run.

“So happy to be rejoining this incredible cast and creative team!” Park tweeted. “Could not be more proud!”

The cast also includes Lloyd as Alana, a role she has been playing in the Off-Broadway production. The actress will be making her Broadway debut as the show transitions from Second Stage Theatre to the Belasco!

Dear Evan Hansen is slated to open on Sunday, Dec. 4, with previews beginning in November. For details about the show and to purchase tickets, click here.
