Poll most recently wrote for the streaming soap THE BAY and was a script writer for AS THE WORLD TURNS, but daytime fans will probably recognize her name best as the author of the ANOTHER WORLD, ATWT, and GUIDING LIGHT anniversary books, which have become collector’s items.

She was a consultant for SOAPnet and a consulting producer for the 35th Annual Daytime Emmy Awards. Poll is currently a script reader for the New York Women in Film and Television Writers Lab and the Austin Film Festival as well as a script analyst for Coverfly. She’s also on the Daytime Emmys advisory panel and a judge on the Emmy Blue Ribbon Panels judging daytime dramas.
