Chrishell Stause Files Response to Justin Hartley’s Divorce Petition
The divorce of Justin Hartley (ex-Adam, THE YOUNG & THE RESTLESS) and Chrishell Stause (ex-Jordan, DAYS OF OUR LIVES; Amanda, ALL MY CHILDREN) has taken a dramatic turn. Originally, it was reported that Hartley filed for divorce after two years of marriage, listing July 8 as the date of their separation. But now, Entertainment Tonight has acquired new court documents filed by Stause listing Nov. 22, the date he filed for divorce, as their date of separation. Both of them cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split.
In addition, Stause is requesting spousal support and asking that Hartley’s ability to receive spousal support be terminated. She also asks that he pay all attorney fees and that her name be restored to Terrina Chrishell Stause. On Dec. 3, the actress shared a quote from Nishan Panwar on her Instagram, which many have assumed to be a comment on the situation: “It’s hard to watch people change right in front of you. But it’s even harder remembering who they used to be.”
In the comments to her Instagram post, some of Stause’s daytime friends shared love and support like former AMC castmates Rebecca Budig (Greenlee; ex-Hayden, GENERAL HOSPITAL), Alicia Minshew (Kendall), and Tamara Braun (Reese; ex-Kim, GH).
