Spencer Grammer (ex-Lucy, AS THE WORLD TURNS) is a mom! The actress — who went on to star in ABC Family’s hit dramedy GREEK after leaving Oakdale Memorial — and husband James Hasketh welcomed their first child, son Emmett Emmanuel, on Monday, October 10. According to People.com, the bouncing baby boy weighed in at 7 lbs., 7 oz.
