Hallmark Movie To Star Two Soapers!

Soap opera fans will get to see two familiar faces in the upcoming Hallmark movie Two In! Yesterday, Greg Vaughan (ex-Diego, THE YOUNG & THE RESTLESS; ex-Lucky, GENERAL HOSPITAL) tweeted that he will be starring opposite Alison Sweeney (Sami, DAYS OF OUR LIVES) in the made-for-television drama. “Finally signed, sealed & delivered! Starring in a new Hallmark Movie starting Wednesday opposite my girl @Ali_Sweeney!! Gonna be great fun!”

Now, Soaps In Depth has uncovered some details about the film. Vaughan will star as firefighter Jeff Sinclair, while Sweeney plays single mom Jenny McLean, a 911 operator. While their voices are familiar to each other, Jeff has never met Dispatcher No. 23 — that is, until he suffers a fractured leg and smoke inhalation on the job and Jenny comes to visit him in the hospital! When Jenny, suffering financially from a cutback in her hours, needs to rent out her spare bedroom for extra cash, and an injured Jeff realizes he can’t handle the stairs in his condo and needs a more level place to convalesce, Jenny agrees to let Jeff move in with her and her two young children, Elsie and Luke. Despite their mutual attraction, Jeff and Jenny are both wary about making a commitment to each other… but not if Elsie and Luke have anything to say about it!
