We’re a little bit behind the curve here, but congratulations to THE YOUNG & THE RESTLESS’ Julia Pace Mitchell (Sofia) and husband Stephen L. Hightower II, who welcomed their son, Stephen L. Hightower III into the world a couple weeks ago in late May! Best wishes to the whole family!
