Ronan Returns!

Jeff Branson returns to THE YOUNG & THE RESTLESS on Wednesday, August 3, as Detective Ronan Malloy to investigate the untimely and grisly demise of Diane Jenkins, but Ronan will also have some explaining to do to mom Nina and others for making tracks out of Genoa City after he received an organ transplant from his half-brother Chance. “I always knew there was an open door to come back,” Branson says about reprising his role. “I wanted to explore some other things and here we are.”

The actor’s looking forward to interacting once more with TV mom Tricia Cast (Nina). “She completely blows my hair back,” Branson raves. “She is inspiring. She looks right through me. She gets me welled up and she gets those butterflies moving around inside me. She’s that kind of actress. She’s honest.”

Branson’s mum as to how long he’ll be sticking around this time, but Soaps In Depth hears that he’ll be on the scene for approximately three months — and hopefully even longer!
